Call to Arms - how to?

So I unlocked the call to arms ability. I approached a small base with about 8 enemies, the ability is showing in yellow, yet when I select it nothing happens. He never shows up. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help..

yeah same things. i dunno why, maybe bug? ubisoft have to answer that

I got it to work once but I died, reloaded my last save and when I tried it again it wouldn't work in the same exact location. Very odd..

I understand it may be bugged and you may have already tried this. But just in case, know that you have to be undetected and target an enemy with the ability.

im already did both of it, detected and undetected, but it wont work
i tried far away from targeted as well. nothing happen, and skill wont return back online.
so i dont know what are "call to arm" look like. it just nothing happened.

You have to be unseen and the enemy need a yellow marker.

i saw it, it wasnt work what i do any idea to make "Call to arm" happen

There is something strange going on with the ability options. You can have a full adrenaline bar and some of the options will be greyed out. But even though greyed out you can still use them. I kept wondering why my "second wind" ability wasn't recharging then I just tried it even though greyed out and it worked. I am playing with an xbox controller so I am not sure if that makes a difference or not.
