What game are you playing? You walk half a minute and there is stuff. Its not empty at all. You should stay with GTA if you want stuff at every step.
The problem is that it is the same stuff repeated over and over which makes the world feel repetitive.

I disagree to that. It is not all the same (historical landmarks are all over the place and they change) Some thing are repetitive like army camps. Name one Open World RPG where every step is something entirely diefferent that otherwise will never appear in the game.

This is undoable. play the game or at least watch a lets play and you will see that you are incorrect

But you are wrong. There is simply no grind. If you want to rush from start to finish play something linear. I am also "old" almost 40 but there is no grind. You do not have to do the same ♥♥♥♥ over and over and over again to progress. Not at all. Not even at a minimal level.

See, right here, you could have accepted my statement that perception is reality, but no.....instead you attempt vainly to put your perceptions onto me, this is RedFailure 3 error.

I leave you now in your error, to try and figure out what I just now wrote.

Reality is reality. If your percetion tells you the Earth is flat, then you are still wrong. You are not able to provide evidence other then meta philosophy. I am to old for your tricks troll.

Easy adolph, perception of grind being or not being there is subjective reality.

Also, how am I trying to trick you?

I stated as I apologized, some might not feel/see/perceive a grind, but I do, wait........is that OK?

Wow, almost 40......I am almost 60, son.

I think I figured this out..............people are trying to get THIS thread locked too.

WOW.

People here really listenining to that turd of AngryJoe like if he were the bible? In his review, for a third of the video he complained alot about a tedious grinding the game has.

Now, listen to what he said during an interview with a Star Citizen guy a day earlier:

"..I dont mind grinding for weeks, maybe even months..." at the minute 11:40

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZMNw1ssRi4&t=1752s

Now, extreme grinding is alright for Star Citizen but not AC Odyssey? You dont see nonsense here? Before reviewing a game he should make peace with his brain.

Like someone else said here, last AC game he reviewed was the third. He didnt even played Origins. His fat friend Delrith did. And that guy hated it so much. He hates AC franchise, yet he reviews it. He gave Origins a 6/10. Same for Odyssey, another 6/10. He's also the same guy who gave Wolfenstein 2 again a 6/10. Are Origins and Odyssey garbage games? Not for me. They are both a 9/10 IMHO. Odyssey even a 9.5 and I played them all since AC1. Last two are two of the best averall if not the best.

You dont see my game stats here because i have it on Uplay, but im playing with Kassandra at nightmare difficulty. 80+ hrs into the game. Never had a single time a single issue with grinding or frustration, nor i bought boosters to cheat. Game is super fun, story very interesting. Some side quests reminded me of Game of Thrones for the extreme plot twists. For example the one of Thaletas. i repeated that quest five times and it ended in five completely different ways. In the last try he was poisoned by a dude i spared 10 hours earlier in another location.

Have you ever watched Angry Joe playing a videogame on livestream? I did. Hes the definition of cringe watching. He simply suck at games. Last stream of his i watched was Witcher 3 and not only he was rushing the game not paying attention to the loot or anything around, but he didnt even payed attention to cutscenes or anything. He was asking his chat to explain him what happened. Game was interrupted every five seconds by his super long retarded and noisy Twitch notifications of Mortal Kombat.

Seriously, Angry Joe is the last one on earth i will give credit when im interested in a game. Theres a reason why reviews are made by professionals and not randoms jerks like Joe.

AngryJoe doesn't even like Assassin's Creed. So i don't know why he reviews this game
Haven't cared about Joe's reviews since 2011.

Agreed AC Odyssey was awesome but it has flaws as well as does any other game, so will RDR 2 and all the other big ones coming out as well this month / year

Doubt RDR2 will have many flaws tbh
Rockstar always delivers

Not always when people always figure out glitches in GTA online ha

Grinding is not ok when you can pay your way out it.........compressing time with money is Pay2Win.

I think I figured this out..............people are trying to get THIS thread locked too.

You might be succesfull in locking it when you call people adolph...

Do you know what grind is? I do admit that if you have a very low acceptance of doing stuff then everything appearded to be a grind. But thats does not make it a grind.

You might feel like a woman but lacking the organs your not a biological woman.

Aslong as you can falsify and measure, there is no more subjectivity.

There is an acceptance about what grind is. If you use your own definition then it is something else.

Example: If you think even one Sidequest is grind then the only game for you is call of duty. Or any linear game. maybe even a railshooter.

So if this is to troublesome for you we can compare it. Compare it to an avarage mmo. look at Old Republic. Almost everyone there is doing the first instance over and over just to be able to unlock features 8like the faster travel speed ect.)

there is nothing about that in the game. If so please provide.

If you already calle me adolph i guess Mein Führer would be more sufficient.

Can we not bring Adolf Hitler inyo this?
Leave the guy alone already.

7/10 just because of micro transactions that aren't even required to buy. What an idiot.
Seems you didn't even understand the problem. It's not the mere fact that microtransactions exist. But they influence game design. An example are the upgrade costs for gear. It's almost impossible to keep a set of gear and level it up with you, unless you grind a lot. The upgrade cost probably wouldn't be so ridiculously high if there weren't microtransactions. It wouldn't have a negative influence if it was cheaper. Instead of random gear you find you would simply use what you like. No big deal. But instead the game offers you a choice of either using random gear you find (and not using the gear you like anymore) or grinding through countless side missions. It is clearly meant as an incentive to buy some extra resources. Same goes for XP. It seems impossible to just do the main story without side missions. That worked way better in Origins. The booster you can buy for money gives you 50% more XP. 50%! Think about what that such a radical change does to the balance. The right amount of XP gain is probably between vanilla and the boosted version of the game. They change game balance in favor of microtransactions. I enjoy the game a lot, but you can't ignore the game is significantly more grindly than it has to be. And the only obvious reason for this is to get you to buy stuff with real money.
