Step back and think about what you said. What happens when the wanted level in GTA goes up? The stakes are higher; more manpower is devoted to bringing your character down.
In AC:Odyssey, you become #1 mercenary after a while. Sponsors _always_ show up with the bounty on your head, and the wanted system is still affected by your actions, yet nobody bothers to show up. I should be facing off against waves of people who spice up my infiltrations and battles.
The game forcefully auto scales every enemy to your level, so nothing matters. It's broken.
Yes, their level scales to you, their interest does not. That is why there are tiers of mercenaries and even now that I am close to the final levels of the game, the final tiers still don't come after me, it is jsut the first 1-5.
Really want to jump back into the game but honestly it’s not at all the same without the exhilaration of constantly fighting powerful mercs who are constantly hunting you.
This guy said exactly my thoughts. I'm really bummed because I was loving this game and now I feel like i'm playing a child version of it. Come on DEVS - acknowledge the bug and tell us you're working on it!
