How to get a legendary crew?

The title says it all. Is there a way to get a legendary crew for the Adrestia? and how/where do I find that precious crew.

Damned I've already finished the Arena and did not get that precious reward.

Use your eagle to scout the enemies. Commanders, head huntresses and nation leaders, etc, have a high chance of being legendary (golden). Use warrior kick/stealth knockout/knockout arrows to knock them out, then recruit them.

You also get legendary recruits by doing certain quests, by finishing the main storyline (up to 4, based on your choices throughout the story) or buying from the Ubi store (not recommanded).
