Does Podarkes the Cruel cultist drop a sage clue?

Hello, as the title says, does Podarkes the Cruel drop a clue for the sage of the same branch (The Delian League)? I defeated Brison in the past and he gave me the clue, but Podarkes, who is the second I killed, doesn't do that. So i have two cultists of The Delian League killed but only a clue. I killed Podarkes after doing all the quests (and the connected secondary quests) of the questline with Kyra and Thaletas, and also the final battle of the island. But I also tried to kill him as soon as possible after meeting Kyra and Thaletas, avoiding all the quests, and I also killed him after every single quest of the questline... but it doesn't work. I even repeated the entire questline more than one time, but still got nothing.
I read a couple of posts about this: some say it's bugged, while others say it's not an issue, since the sage show himself during the main quest, but I'm still curious if it's really a bug or not, because I'm worried it could happen again with a cultist of another branch, although I killed half of the cultists and only Podarkes gave me this problem.

Clues merely tell you exactly where they are. You can kill most cultists without clues, you just need to know where they are and/or what quests to start. I've even killed a cultist randomly cause I heard her scream to get away, even though I was going somewhere else and not for her.

Podarkes does drop a clue for Kodros but as far as I know it isn't required. You aren't softlocked from completing the cultist questline, don't worry lol

edit: if you really want the clue for it, I just googled it and apparently fighting the arena champion Titos will give you the clue for Kodros as well.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think I didn't get a clue from Podarkes either.
But no worries, you will find and kill them all :)

Is Podarkes the cruel the silver islands cultist? If so then he does not drop a clue. The sage of this branch cannot be revealed either (you will never gather all 5 clues) until an end-game story quest.

Thank you all for the answers! I know that the sage appears in the main quest, but I was curious about the missing clue because the game shows that he can get up to five clues like the other sages, so when I saw Podarkes not dropping anything I was really confused. Happy to see that this is intended! Thank you for the explanation.
