very quiet overall..

i tested the different sound profiles and used different devices (speakers, headsets etc.)

but the whole game very quiet.
when i play other games my speakers are at around 20-30% and my headset is at 30-35% max.

with AC Odyssey i have to put the speakers to 80%+ to be able to hear any dialogue.

is that normal? i forgot it several times and opened spotify after playing just to get several heart attacks.

Sounds like you are running a 5.1 setup with speakers. Try changing to 2.1 and see if it helps?

no i don't.

2.1 speakers and a Corsair HS50 and HyperX Could II..

it is just this game, nothing else.

Have no audio issues, always found sound balance to be superb in ACO.
Could try setting Dynamic range in game to Night mode, also make sure you have any sound enhancements turned off both in windows and whatever else you use for audio drivers.

4 years later, same problem, even at 100% the sound is really quiet. Did you end up finding a fix?

Same problem here, on a 2.0 setup. Master volume is incredibly quiet, even in night mode. Other games work fine.

Same. I run 20% on every other game and 40% on AC: O.
