Those Who Are Treasured crossover DLC with Valhalla

I have to admit, this was fun. I saw no mention of it, and then while I'm playing another runthrough of Odyssey, I see a new quest marker near Kephallonia, so I decide to check it out.

I was skeptical at first, but the DLC soon took off and I was hooked from then on. Great story, my two favorite characters were back (Herodotus & Barnabas) and I have to say, Bravo!!! Well done.

When did this come out? I can't really find much info on it, but it seems like it was very recent, maybe within the last 2 weeks?

Thank you, Ubisoft, for making my journey in Ancient Greece even more fun. :-) The fact that it's free... I can't thank you enough.

it released december 14th 2021 together with a odyssey crossover for the game AC Valhalla.

the crossover missions in odyssey are kind of meant as a prologue for those in valhalla.

Agree, it was great stuff. The valhalla-part less so but this in odyssey was great.

It's hilarious how Ubi is ready to release free stuff for Odyssey to make me buy Valhalla (which I'm skipping due to boring setting and gameplay defects) - instead of just offering more paid expansions for Odyssey.

I had uninstalled Odyssey because I was finished with it. So Those Who Are Treasured is another story DLC correct? I would need to redownload Odyssey to check it out.

Yes. You can go straight to it from a brand new game, but it also shows up as a mission at Sami dock, I think it's called. It's on the northeast coast of the starting island, Kephallonia. Think you have to get past the first chapter, but you will see a different icon on the map.

I've played all the Assassin's Creeds except for Valhalla. Odyssey is the best one so far and we all got emotionally attached to Kassandra. Ubisoft knows what they did. Get you to play this DLC so you buy Valhalla. It was nice though.
