How can i change the spoken language in Game ?

It say : go to the game library and change it.
Where? Wich library?
In the Ubisoft conect library there is no such option at all !
Does anyone know how to ???

Edit : Holy CR*P now it works !!!
You need to go to your steam Game settings(right click on the Games name) and select the language you like it to be spoken.
Caution!!!
This will change your in Game menue as well !!!
If you remember where in the in Game menue you can select the languages(make a picture by your phone) then you can select there your previous menue language back.
So now my menue is in German, the Game voices spoken in Russian, and the subtitles in english =)

it doesnt work at all, ther it say on any downloadable language pack --> go to your libraby and download it
Now i download it on steam by game propertys in russian, lets see if it works that way..
