I bought Season Pass on the Ubisoft store instead of Steam

So I bought the Season Pass on the Ubisoft store cause I could get it cheaper. But I bought Odyssey on steam originally. The purchase went through, charged my card, the remastered AC games show up in my Ubisoft library, and it shows all the DLC as owned in the in-game store. However, it doesn't show on steam or in the Ubisoft library that I own the DLC and I'm not receiving the quests in-game. I've finished the main story and I'm level 51. Is there something specific thats unguided that I need to do before I can play the DLC? I did finish the Fates of Atlantis intro quest that has you going to the tombs and finding the symbols to open the door before it stops you and says you need to buy the DLC to continue before I bought the DLC. Since I did this without owning it would it cause an issue?
