Here is a full list of all choices and consequences.

Here is to get the best ending:

While the game should be a surprise for you, I can understand the frustration of playing the game and then getting the sub-par ending instead of the best one. That happened to me and I was disappointed. So I just Youtubed the best ending and pretended like it was mine.

When you first reach the islands you can choose to visit the hideout or the beach first. If you visit the hideout first you will go to the beach with Kyra, otherwise you will go to the beach alone. No future ramifications.

After the beach fight, you can choose to side with Kyra or Thaletas during their argument in the hideout, this only seems to affect the dialogues in the next quest, no other future ramifications, but I'm not 100% sure.

In the next Thaletas quest he will ask you to sink some Athenian ships, you can sink 3 to complete the quest, but if you sink more (5) it would make the eventual conquest battle easier. If you find Thaletas's helmet before turning in the quest you unlock an extra dialogue.

Next Thaletas will ask you to kill 3 generals, the 3rd one can be killed or recruited, no future ramifications.

You would then have the chance to romance Thaletas, if you say "I want you tonight" you can romance him and still maintain a friendly relationship with Kyra. But if you choose "I want you forever" I heard this would anger Kyra but I'm not exactly sure what would happen as I've never done that.

In the first Kyra quest she asks you to destroy Athenian supplies. If you have already done so the quest will immediately complete with some altered dialogues.

In the second Kyra quest she tasks you to steal the Athenian national chest, if you have already done so you will simply travel to the fort and the Eagle Bearer will say "Surprise! I've already stolen it!" and the quest completes.

You would then have the chance to romance Kyra, if you do so you would not be able to maintain a friendly relationship with Thaletas and will have to kill him later.

Note you can only romance either Thaletas or Kyra, completing the romance quest for one will make the romance quest for the other one inaccessible.

Regarding the "M for murder" quest, if you complete it you will find out the villain (forgot his name) is Kyra's father. You can choose to disclose this to Kyra privately or in front of her rebels. Choosing the latter will significantly damage Kyra's relationship with the rebels. Choose the former and Kyra will appreciate you keeping her secret. This quest can be completed before or after you kill the villain. If you complete it before you kill him, he will say "my daughter should have killed me herself", otherwise he will say "I did what I did for Delos".

Regarding the "Bear and grind it quest", if you complete it you will unlock a legendary recruit at the end of the questline, but I heard you must refuse payment at the end.

Regarding the Socrates quest, if you rescue the prisoner without killing any guards, your conversation with Socrates and the prisoner would change. You can then either let the prisoner go or kill him, this has major consequences.

You can then complete the conquest battle, if you haven't killed the villain before this he will automatically die after the battle.

Your last quest is "A night to remember for", this is where you see the consequences of all your choices on the islands. If you romanced Thaletas, depending on whether you told him you only want him tonight or forever your relationship with Kyra would differ (again not 100% sure how). If you romanced Kyra you will always have to kill Thaletas. If you romanced neither you will simply remain a friend with both.

Whether or not you revealed to Kyra the villain was her father and how you told her will change your dialogues with her on the cliff. If you fail to calm her Kyra will suicide.

If you let the prisoner go and Thaletas is alive, then you decide to give a speech, Thaletas will drink the wine and get poisoned and dies. You can then kill the prisoner or let him go again. Choosing the latter will always anger Kyra. If both the prisoner and Thaletas are alive but you don't give a speech Thaletas will not drink the wine and will not die. If the prisoner was killed you can safely give a speech with no consqeuences.
