If you are going to ignore, maybe you want to ignore all Ubisoft/Rockstar/EA/Other giant titles
https://store.steampowered.com/publisher/ubisoft
hit the cog wheel on the right side
hit "Ignore this creator"
If you need a customer service for managing an online account, this is much your inability of keeping an account in a good standing that sucks, rather than the service itself.
One day someone will break that one Keep ass password and then you will need to get support well forget Ubisoft all your software will be gone. There is always one that never had an issue and gets a million FPS in any game and no no lag. One day!!!!!!
i'm fascinated how ubisoft love to punish legit customers with this uplay junkware and denuvo.
Now I do have problems with Odyssey, but the culprit (AMD driver) is somewhere else...
it even messes up Origins' ACP if i understand correctly.
couldn't other games which released on multi stores (Steam + Epic) also offer similar function without Ubi Connect?
if you search "Ubisoft Connect crash", you'll see quite a lot of results
Thanks for reaching out!
All of our games require Ubisoft Account and access to the Ubisoft Connect application in order to verify your game's license.
I hope it clarifies the situation and if you have any additional questions, please let us know.
