Will Assassin's Creed Valhalla ever be available on Steam?

Hi, I know this is on Assassin's Creed Odyssey but, i'm just curious if the new Assassin's Creed will ever be on Steam? I know it was said (obviously now) that it won't be on Steam at launch, so (IF) it is gonna be on Steam when?? or will it at all??

It does tell you how they quiet slinked back to Steam when things didn't go their way on EGS (or "Ubisoft Connect") and how they're still dependent on Steam because most of the PC playerbase is still here.

Yes Assassins Creed Valhalla is not coming to Steam only on Ubisofts own Uplay and Epic Games Store.
The same will be the case for the upcoming Far Cry 6 and any other Ubisoft games.
Therefore i will not be buying any upcoming new Ubisoft games anymore.

What honestly annoys me the most is if they release the game later on steam like EA did with all their games and expect people to rebuy it just to have it on steam.

And you can't really refund on Uplay if things go wrong, at least steam has that good refund system..

Then i guess you'll have to wait until November 2021. I never bought a game on Uplay until now.....

Doesn't mean they would release it November 2021, they can do it 2022 or not at all. Dragon Age Inquisition ended up on steam after 6 years xD

I play anno 1800 quite often, it isnt on steam either and it doesnt bother me much. Ubisoft connect/uplay is imo a solid store and launcher, it just lacks the awesome community features that steam has.

Which is much more what you can say about epic game store. And origin

Well, they are not releasing it on Steam so you should ask on EGS or Ubisoft forums if you want to get a reply that is not angry at ubisoft.
