"Naked Body Armor"
I found it at a blacksmith in Athens, but can't engrave it at all. Well at least it looks nice on Kassandra.^^

yeah i got this aswell, kind of gutterd as it seems way overpowered for so early in the game every armour im picking up im just selling or dismantling

but we dont get to see the rest of the cool gear we are picking up,

yeah..nice view tho!!

Its a legendary item that spawns randomly in blacksmith inventory.

Yes i think it's the same one, except the body oil. I didn't do the olympics yet, but i saw in some videos that Kassandra was oiled up.

It can spawn in every blacksmiths inventory with 3 other legendary. If I remember correctly it has a spawn chance lower than 10 %.

You need to get to a certain point in the main story to get the designs or you get the 2 legendary armors from the blacksmith.
If the question is about changing the design, then you need to be in the Inventory tab of the menu and hover over an item and then there should be shown at the bottom right of the item which key you need to press to change the design.
