is it worth doing the athens wall run at level 20?

each gear I'm selling I get about 200 drachme back but I seem like I'm leveling up so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ slow so it will take me forever to get at a level where I can get good drachme when selling items and also at a level where I can get good resources. Also to reset the things at the athens wall, just fast travel to another region then fast travel back to athens? Or do I gotta fast travel somewhere else, save and exit, reload game then fast travel back to athens?

The first time I played AC Odyssey was on easy difficulty so enemies are 4 level behinds me, so I didn't have to upgrade gears too soon. The game has a weirded gear upgrade price, price to upgrade items from lv1 to lv6 = lv1 to lv99 (same price after 5lv).
To "reset" enemy units, crates... I don't know the exact amount of time needed, but it won't reset immediately, so just do other quests elsewhere.
