there is no quest, that dude was trolling, its probably a bug in the game that the door is closed.

There will never be a bug that there's a door that stays closed by accident, any door that has a state will be part of some quest. There's about ten doors with a state in the whole game. Don't troll please.

i have never encountered a quest to get that chest, i completed all quests including DLCs 100% and the chest is still locked, im the thread creator btw!!!!

How do you even know its lootable and not just decoration. Does Icaros mark it with a chest icon there.

check the images in OP, yes there is a chest marker.

Please check if that chest has a snake nearby, if it does, the entrance is not through that house but somewhere nearby leading sort of underground, and no it's not a tomb, just an unmarked exploration spot not associated with any quests.

Ever notice when you battle and see the sparkles in the tents? Then you do the epic battles and collect the reward from the outside and those sparkles are gone...They are tied in to the person that you loot close to the tent from the out side..ie; double loot..If you cant get to the chest inside a closed house, then the chest is under ground and you need to figure out how to get it..As Sacros said..Post above.
