A Heart For A Head, Sacred Bull, 500 meters under ground?
I did find the Bull, but it seems 500 meters under the ground and keeps falling,
I looks like a collission bug, how can i get the bull above ground again?

Try reloading a save.

I did several times, I'll do some other Quest first and then return to see if the bull is above the ground again.

Island hopping did the trick, fast travel to an island and hopping back made the bull appear above ground.
