Is it possible to change horse after selecting one?

If its like origins then you should be able to choose your mount on your armor/weapon selection screen.

then why 3 different choices? a war horse, mountain horse and one for speed. thats how i took it when given those choices

likely just cosmetics, at least if it is like it is in origins.

The different horses are just skins. If you really hate riding them, there is always the fast travel option.

Lv1 horses generally don't offer any decent stats, besides most of the travelling is done on naval lol!

if it is like in origins then horses do not have any stats, all are the same and just have different skins.
