With an i7-7700K, 16GB of RAM and a regular 1080 AC: Origins still suffered some performance issues at times, for me on high settings for me. Considering it's the same engine I'd expect performance on Odyssey to be roughly on par with Origins.

i got I7-4790K 4ghz 16GB and that 1050ti
ok so u have 1050ti? , then go for ps4 version if u have ps4 pro then get on ps4 pro game ll run better

Running windows 8.1 64 bit with a i5 6600K at stock speeds, 16GB of DDR4 Ram and a GeForce GTX 1060 6GB Card. My pc did alright with Assassin's Creed Origins and Far Cry 5, so I'm hoping it will be fine with this new Assassin's Creed game (have pre-ordered the gold edition on Uplay).

i found a site that says my pc can handle this game on medium or high

My PC probably could have handled it pretty well but i'm not really good at playing AC games on the pc so I went with PSN again

I really dont understand these comments, how are you not good at playing them on pc? It's exactly the same game and you have the choice of using an xbox controller, ps4 controller, 360 controller or a keyboard and mouse, probably some other controllers too

There is no reason to buy a game for the PS4 unless it's an exclusive, or your computer is a potato.

Some people can't resist the lies.

Right off the Website The Recommended "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (4GB) or better"

The 1050 has a much faster bus speed. It is not that much better than a 960 or 970; however, it does have Direct X 12 support and faster memory bus speeds. This guy above is all over this discussion posting crap in order to make himself feel better about buying an over priced card that he flat out doesn't need to play this game. Get the PC version as you are above the recommended specs.

1050Ti is actually below the recommended specs. You know, the specs for "1080p 30fps". The 1050Ti is a terrible card. You might get lucky with low-med settings, but don't complain if you cannot run the game properly when it's out.

You'd probably better pick it on console if you don't plan on upgrading your pc with at least mid-range components.
You realise that the 1080 30fps recommended is for 4k right?

Dont listen any of those scrubs, most of them dont have high-end pc and PS4 pro combination.

I have a top pc with 1080ti I am getting it on PC, that is no brainer

But if you have a 4k HDR TV dont ever think for a second to buy it on PS4 PRO, because
-1050ti SUX
-on PS4 PRO you will have fixed 30 FPS that is for sure, no dips that is for sure, if there would be any they'd voice on game previews.
-Expecially if you have a 4k hdr tv dont ever think for a second at least you will have checkerboard 4k support, a fake 4k res but FAR FAR FAR FAR better then your 1080p/30fps experience on your 1050ti

Even if you dont have a 4k tv, I would call it 50/50 and if I had 1050ti I would probably take PS4 versions (why risk it)

Nvidia released new cards, and they are famous of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up all drivers for their old cards to give the new generation a better look. I am really waiting for them to cripple my 1080ti's performance in 1-3 months.

Conclusion

PS4 is for exclusives and 3rd party games which your machine cant handle 1080p/30fps with the same detail as PS4 version offers. Period.
