I am a little lost. I have played and completed both Odyssey and Origins. In Odyssey when Alexios says goodbye to his son who goes to Egypt with his grand pa. They show a small trailer in Egypt and an appearance of Aya from origins. Does that mean that Bayek is the son of Alexios. Which game was first?

no, it does mean that aya is a relative of alexios/kassandra.

odyssey takes place about 400 years before origins.

Kassandra is the canon protagonist. So alexios is Deimos. It's unclear whether he actually sired any kids.
