And after you get 5 levels you can get the other 5 at Hephaisto.

i am 99 level finished main gane and all dlc % 92 is same % 2 and % 10 lcant upgrade % 20 and % 100
Besides the same as it was then now I have all the pieces (engraving) when go hephaistos workshop i cant click learn (i can't learn)
