Stuck at 98% sync points and 98% Map discovered.

Anyone else having this issue? I have been to every sync point on the map they are all green and been to every place on the map yet it will refuse to pop the achiv to uncover all the fog on the map.. :-/.. This is so damn annoying i have even been "Kradia Isle" which is the one thats missed by so many people.

If anyone has any idea's I would mind hearing them

I found my last travel point by luck simply by going to all large plots of land without a sync point.
Also to reveal question marks, which sometimes only show by proximity.
This was also how I found the last underwater treasure.

I went to all islands / lands one by one and traveled on foot all over. Exhausting and takes forever, but it worked.

Got my achievement yesterday.

PS: BTW I got the achievement for finding all regions before I got the underwater one.
Makes sense though, lol.
I'm trying to complete all ? / houses etc. at the moment. Long haul! Especially because I get distracted a lot by Bandit camps / flock of deers, pigs, goats and the lot :)

Ouch i already did a full tour of the map and that took forever too now I have to do it again :-/. Because there is something I have idd missed I guess

Yep I went there and collected the Blue ore from it. Still nothing for me I have scanned this map so many times now Its starting to pee me off alot.

Mine took several hours...to days to update and indicate 100%...don't know why and was annoying.

You have to pay close attention to the detail the map is showing you. Some small islands have to be 'visited' to have them count towards your exploration. If you see any "less detailed" areas...try visiting them and see if that helps.

The last picture - you see those 3 legs land at top slightly to the left - Makedonia?
The last of them - one on the right has a sync point - little over half way down in middle.

Also on first picture - north of Thera - seems you haven't been there with your ship. That greyish area.

Your a bloody saint thanks mate that sorted the sync points :D.. And As for the gray North of Thera i thought that was a massive rock?. lol

Aahh, just now saw the whole of first picture - seems you haven't sailed the sea enough, lol
That whole grey area bottom right... get there :P

Also in Lakonia, that large white mountain part - there's a cave up there - somewhere in the middle.
