the lightning bringer quest wont show up

and if i go to his spawn point he wont show up aswell in the description it says going there without a quest works aswell

Steropes won't show up in your quest list until Episode 5.

i already finished the game a month ago think it was buggy after restart he suddenly appeared

Can anyone please explain how to get the other Cyclopes (except the Atlantis one)? I finished the main story, finished the Atlantis quest line, my quest log is empty. No Lightning Bringer. There is an icon on one of the islands that literally says Cyclops Arges, no one there (I did go through the crack in the wall).

Also, Aspasia's Circlet looks exactly the same as Perseus Crown. I want my money back.

Arges resides on the Volcanic Island in the Angry Caldera of Arges ,which you can fast travel to with the additional markers added to the map in the 1.1.1 Title Update.

This is an endgame challenge, so we recommend that you are at least Level 50 when attempting to face Arges.

I think this is a textbook example of an unhelpful Tech Support response. I'm saying that I've finished the main storyline, that I see the icon on the map, but the location is empty. The response: "This is an endgame challenge, the markers were added to the map in 1.1.1". (And nothing about the other Cyclopes.)

The only thing I can think of: is it possible that some quest dependency hasn't been triggered properly? For instance, at some point I had two objectives from two different quests in the quest log: "Return to Athens" and "Return to Korinth". I went to Athens, completed the quest line related to the plague, then "Return to Korinth" disappeared. I know it was like that in Origins too when some quests could autoresolve, but maybe it messed up something?
