Spin-off games worth playing?

While I was having another discussion here, a user pointed out to the AC fandom site, which was when I discovered that there is a lot of spin-off games beside the main series, most of them I had never heard about before.

Do you find those spin-off games interesting and worthy playing, considering gameplay and story relevance?

Sorry, what spin-off games? I believe I've played every AC game available on PC. Unless you mean the sidescrolling games like China.

I have included the list there in the first post. As far as I could see, most of them are not available on PC (which doesn't invalidate the question, I hope).

I've played Discovery on the DS and it wasn't anything amazing to be honest, just stealth 2D sidescroller with a tiny bit of story thrown in.

Project Legacy I don't believe is available to play anymore.

Liberation I have 100% completed on the remaster version and really enjoyed it, the gameplay is similar to AC3 but with a couple of added gameplay features and I think the story was more interesting.

Chronicles, I've started to play China but haven't got very far yet, it's a sidescroller but with a nice looking 3D background essentially, from what I've played I like it and will continue it someday.

The rest of those I've never even heard of and will be checking out, so thanks for the list.

Aside from Chronicles, I think all are console-exclusive so it invalidates the question for me so good luck.:)

I found 'AC Chronicles: China" to be pretty decent, though a very tough game.
