buying from helix store worth it?

i'm thinking to buy the wild boar gear and some lieutenants like biter and artemis.
Is this stuff worth buying from the store?

Short answer? No. They don't offer much in terms of gameplay, and I find most of them to be rather ugly to be honest.

Long answer: maybe. No one can say what's worth it for you except you. If you have the money and you want it, go for it, but if you ask me there are far better things to spend that money on that severely overpriced cosmetics.

At least the weekly quest and Sargon is there if you need some cool items.
It's a maybe for me, although most look awsome.

Two wonderful items can be found in the Helix store that are difficult to find in the wild. The Bighorn bow, which is just a blue bow. Yet it is glitched, and adds a ton of damage to warrior damage, which it should not, but it does. The other is the Nemean lion set. The best armor in the game for a hybrid crit build.

The Bighorn bow can be free since it costs less than the free helix credits you get for buying the game. The Nemean lion set will cost a few dollars. It isnt necessary, you can create something similar from farming epic items. But that will cost a lot of time.

Use the oracle of google to figure out just what those two items are.

I wouldn't suggest buying from it because of how aggressive the business model is but I will say I bought the Abstergo Trooper suit as well as the Sacred Deer mount, two things I really wanted. But still, I wouldn't suggest it.

I havent seen a single thing that i want from the store. Not even the exp/money boosts are worth it. Reason? Well after you finish all the quests and stories and only have side quests left there is nothing more to do in this game. It gets old really fast doing fetch quests after that. And if you make a new run you get everything you want again anyway.

Cheat engine and inventory editor my friend, there's videos on YouTube, just dont go overboard because you don't want to ruin the game for yourself

The only thing that’s worth it is Pegasus skin for Phobos if that’s in the store. That mount will never fall over when you decide to jump off a cliff. Saves a lot of time.

Glide? My winged pony just jumps off, falls down and dont take any damage. It looks terrible so i never use it thou. I dont like fantasy looking stuff in a "realism" game. (I have the black pony with purple wings that you got for free)

Wings out, soaring through the air, landing gracefully and continuing to dash along the beach without missing a step? Sounds like gliding to me.

I also have the black pegasus/unicorn I got for free from the store. There's another gorgeous horse available through some ubisoft club or something... a brown horse with a classy blue blanket/saddle, and a braided mane.

Can you tell my favorite part of ACO is the horses? I love turning off the HUD, and setting the "auto-ride" destination to some distant part of Greece.

Well, one man's glide is another man's falling on a horse with its wings open and making a perfect landing hundreds of feet below.

Still, you have to admit that jumping off boulders when galloping down a hill takes on a totally different visual impact when you're riding a pegasus. Normal horses take a brief half-pause before each leap... but winged horses spread their wings and propel themselves forward. So much cooler.

I see no difference tbh. They both act the same way when running, jumping, falling of a cliff. Only the landing is different, one fall down and are knocked out the other just keeps going.

I recommend buying if you have the money and determination to get the most of the items if you want. I bought the XXL pack and I check every week the items at oikos so the gear become more "cheap". I don't recommend buying lieutenants, in the past three weeks there was is a lieutenant to buy with orichalcum. Besides, you can search with Íkaros legendary lieutenants with the same specs as the store lieutenants. So, don't buy lieutenants with helix, only with orichalcum if you have.

If you are cheating paid items from the store you are pretty much stealing from Ubisoft. It's not the same as cheating an in-game item or XP or drachmae.
