lack of reasonable freedom ruins the series;
ubi devs treat players like sheep, restrict players to only play in a way ubi devs want.
if u're on steam version, rollback to previous version.
also, backup your save before every update.
not paying for another ubi game until they start listening to customers.
Rockstar Games doesn't? Sorry, but I can't think of more restrictive open world games than GTA:V or RDR2. You could have mentioned storyline arc, character / world building, dialogue quality or overall visual & audio presentation.
Player freedom isn't a strong suit of Rockstar Games. Maybe it was in GTA 3, but not in their recent games. Their whole mission design is so restrictive and forced. The basic gameplay mechanics are boring too.
As for the Assassin's creed horse speed, it shouldn't need a mod to make it better. The horse just should have been done right in the first place. Half of the motion of anything and especially of the horse is a bit clumsy, and the speed limitations on any movement, but especially for the horse are just completely unnecessary.
Having a horse walk just slightly faster than we run on foot seems terrible. Having a horse that only runs once you are half way to where you are going just shouldn't have happened.
The horse seems shoehorned in and does not impress. Just another thing to sell cosmetics for basically.
