Does the main quest take you to Petrified Islands?
If you don't recognise the name, these are the northern islands to the east of Makedonia

Depends on what you consider to be the "main quest". There is a story arc that you could argue is part of the main quest that takes you there, and I believe you need to go there if you want to access at least one of the DLCs.

I get it, apart from the artifact I don't suppose there's anything.
Also what about the other 2 aka the Heiphastos Islands?

Some locations only involve side-quests, but I don't remember all the details.
