Item Visual Variations locked behind levels? Bug?

Anyway to fix this? I am level 99 but impossible to get that unlock now right?

If you cheated your levels, then yes, you're not going to unlock that custom mace ever.

I didnt cheat my levels actually. A lot of things cheated but not my levels because I knew of this bug before...

Also noted level 1 unlock. Which means that cheating wouldnt have no effect.

Its also weird because i have every other visual unlocked and none else are bugged like this.

So I tested this. I spawned that weapon with a new character at level 1, but it unlocked the third variation instead... I think perhaps you can find the variations from loot?

EDIT. I bought it at level 8 but gained the version from level 20+... Its bugged because that variation should not exist at level 1.

I solved it myself. The weapons can spawn at level 99 in ALL variations from shop or loot. You will not know until you hold it with you character and see variations. The locked "icon" stands for when they will spawn as loot in the world (this is broken for this particular weapon though because it can spawn at least 3 variations at level 8 already).

So yes in other words, I got the level 1 variation at level 99 for anyone curious, from blacksmith.

I know I'm necroing but I've got the same reach level 1 issue on the same mace, just reached level 18, going to check blacksmiths now to see if that will fix it.
