Beast Master
So been playing on Nightmare, and thought I'd throw some points into Beast Master. Went to get me an Alpha Bear as a pet. Was a success. Approach bandit camp... regular dog same level as me and my bear takes away 1/3rd(33%) of the bear's hitpoints in one regular hit. WHAT? Where's the balance? I'm even using the engraving with +50% damage and +100% health...! Did they forget to boost health of tamed beasts? The ability is literally pointless right now.

EDIT: Without the engraving the dog did 2/3rds of HP damage in 1 regular hit so the engraving is definitely not bugged. This is really crazy. Regular dog nearly 1-shotting my alpha bear...

That ability is just useless in any scenario, not worth it. No matter your engraves or build, all your tammed animals are made of paper and will die pretty easily.

Just put points in that after you level everything else. Lynx is cool, can help in battles and has nice stunlock ability. Others are crap.

Yeah was thinking the same...they usually dodge like crazy and hop on enemies' back.
