Can I make a new game plus plus?

As the title describes. Can I start a new game+ after I finished the new game+ file?
I started playing with Kassandra. Now my new game+ is with Alexios. I want to start a new game after that with Kassandra again as I'm intending to keep the DLC for that new game++

I mean, you can create another NG+ save using your old Kassandra's save (then you'll be able to choose her again), but you can't use your NG+ save with Alexios to create another NG+ game.

That's a bummer because the new game+ will definitely have better stats! I don't want to lose all of my drachmes on upgrading the equipment in the original Kassandra save as it all will be automatically upgraded when I get them with Alexios. The Snake set for example is at level 57 and now I'm about to get it for level 97 or 98, depends on the last piece if it's going to be my level or lower.
I can't believe that! If I knew I would've started the game with Alexios

Just took a new game+ with Kass ( only finished a bit more than the family mission ) and created a new game++, but chose Alexios. Everything carried over as if I was playing ng++ with Kassandra.

I'll go back to my ng+ with Kass, but was just curious to see if it would work. You should be fine.

Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Customer Support. You can start a New Game+ file over a New Game+ file, but it will not cause the difficulty to increase at all. You can restart New Game+ as many times as you want, as long as you have finished the campaign in your previous play through.

Please note that your previous autosaves will eventually be overwritten. We recommend creating a manual save of your current game before starting New Game+.

So I wanted to do the same thing. Start a ng+ from my current ng+.
The conclusion here I think it was that the main story needs to be completed before being able to see the option to create a ng+ (even if you already are or a ng+). Is that correct?
