Does horse selection impact horse capabilities?
I'm on my third playthrough and it doesnt seem that your selection of horse (your Phobos) from Markos' stable impacts a horse's individual capability. Am I wrong?

The way they make you choose seems to imply each horse has a special capability: battlehorse, climber, speedster etc.

No, its just the horse skin. Every horse in the game is the same with exception of the Pegasus which cant die from falls, no matter the height.

Good to know, I tought all horses were the same, including Pegasus.

Ah ok, thanks. They make the decision all-looming at Markos' stable; I thought there was something more to it - especially considering his comments on each.
