[BUG] "Pick-Up Bodies" circle symbol and/or Mercenary Level

So I've discovered an annoying bug and I'm not sure if anyone else gets this so here it goes:

It seems for some odd reason. The circle symbol which appears when you are close to a corpse/incapacitated person, will always stay in your view no matter how far you are. In addition, this also seems to apply with mercenary level indicators that hover on top of mercs. I tried reloading save but it seems it stays with me throughout my playthrough. Anyone else getting this?

I have the yellow circle that appears on any target for an assassination kill for example stays for insane distances like you describe, and I think the red merc helmet also did bug like that once

Yeah I get that too from time to time. I think reloading a save fixes it, if not then reloading the game.

Yep exactly like that.

Yes, on occasion. Didn't know it was repeatable or what the cause was. I would sometimes see it stay onscreen permanently, but not always. Happened once about every 5 times I played.
