Season pass and AC3 Remastered

So I bought the season pass for half price and was wondering, will I get AC3 Remastered on Steam when it comes out?

You should, but you won't see it in your library until the game's released.

it's in my uplay library.. i think that means it'll be on uplay and not steam?

Ubisoft already stated that it will be available on Steam if we buy it on Steam, but we won't see it in our libraries until the game is released.

Yes, you will have AC Remastered on your Steam library when it releases March 29th. :)
