Assassin & Hunter build

Does anyone have any build advice for a Assassins & Hunter build? Would be quite lovely to be able to kill most enemies with a one shot for the most part. Please do link any video if you know, I would make different builds in the inventory menu, but it doesn't allow you to switch skills and abilities, YET.

I mostly play Assassin, but every now and then you wanna just dispatch an enemy on distance you know :)
