To test if it's working.
Anyways, got it fixed, still shows as "off" during benchmark test but I can see it's on, had to force activate it through Nvidia control panel.
Best Steam avatar pic ever, btw =D https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TNm6l4FwABE
MY v-sync issue =
VSYNC is forced on at 60 (my pc/monitor can more than handle it
windows 10 pro
32gig ddr4
ryzen 3700x 8 core
RTX 2080 SUPER (OC Edition)
DX latest version etc etc
Monitor is 4k enabled but at 60HZ
GFX = *custom high* (only shadows are medium )
Adaptive Aliasing is off and adaptive frames are off
Cutsences are 52>58 FPS
Game play is only capped at 30... what is going on here?
**is it because dual monitor set-up??**
Because some of the old monitors like mine, BenQ GW2255, having texture distortion while vsync is not active. Meaning some the textures are shown slightly ahead of others. Creating a very frustrating image quality for the eyes. Also, vsync is a feature, like shadows quality. If I run my benchmark I want to see all possible option in action, including vsync on. Literally every other game that has benchmark option does not have this vsync off thing. Ubisoft should already fix this...
