Fury of the Bloodline is OP [ability/item spoilers]
I've been using Fury of the Bloodline since they added it and I have to say I'm glad I completed most of the game before it was added. I mean, I know I could have just not used it, but I have trouble resisting OP tactics in games for some reason.

But yeah, it almost (emphasis on almost) breaks the game for me. Like I'm playing a warrior-focused build using Arachne's Stingers as my primary weapon and the Minotaur's Labrys as my secondary (mostly just to reduce the adrenaline requirement for overpower attacks, I don't really use it in combat). Then I have the +25% damage to bosses/elites engraving as well as -25% cooldown.

So I'm at level 69 and 195 hours in on my first playthrough on hard, and I just beat a level 99 mercenary simply by hitting Fury of the Bloodline -> 2 Overpower attacks -> back away and spam death arrows until FotB refills -> repeat.

Because I'm doing endgame stuff I like feeling like a god, but I feel like if I'd had access to this at earlier levels it would have made me OP.

I do agree this is a very strong ability, but:

a) Well, even with -25% cooldown, FotB has relatively slow cooldown. Usually You are in no particular hurry, but in some cases e.g. You want to kill Your enemies quickly / before they get reinforcements.

b) FotB it is a high tier ability, which means it require some basic level to get it; and You still need Spear 5 to get it to 3rd level; so I guess You cannot build around it *too* early.

c) Poison builds are usually a bit squishy, so when fighting multiple opponents You still need to depend on AoE abilities, like RoC. This is especially true if enemies have fire on their side.

d) Try fighting several mercenaries at the same time. Don't get me wrong, FotB is great, but it will take You some time if You depend just on it.

Compared to Ghost Arrow, nothing in the game approaches OP.

Everything in this game is OP of you have a good build and gear. I can assassinate any mercenary, no matter if they're 20 lvls ahead of me.
