Indeed. Demo showed naked women statues, as well as full frontal male nude statue.
Don't know if real woman will walk around topless like in Origins though; but nothing is censored.

There is a big difference between clothed sexualized love scenes, and random NPC woman walking around topless. Origins's love scenes (Bayek x Aya) were also clothed, and it still had half naked women walking around, as well as kama sutra like drawings in some buildings, and audible orgies (some had visuals of fully clothed people humping each other).

In case anyone is thinking that this is the 'spiritual' sequel of Witcher 3, it is NOT. Ubisoft isn't about to explore the same level just yet.
