Dogs...

I'm not sure if they all do this but one of them is running after me, when I stop he circles me... As in, he runs around me in a perfect circle. I thought maybe if I crouch I can pet him... But nothing happens. A bit weird... When I run away he follows me again then when I stop, he does his thing. Has anybody else had this experience?

Yep, it happens with some dogs...just like IRL dogs

But you cant do nothning with them...no taming, no petting
After a while, they will leave you alone

I just ran about 700 metres and this dog followed me the whole time, it's breaking my heart. :'(

Yes, but only in a town and ONLY when doing a certain quest.
