health not recovering

all of a suden my health is not recovering and the empty space on the right is now red. Anyone know what is causing that?

An engraving.

Do you have that 100% engraving? I think you only get 25% health with that.

Falx champion engravement caps health at 25% for the 100% damage increase

lol...i have a legendary weapon with that perk ..insane damage buffs , makes you OP ...xD
but with 25% hp you get oneshotted even from a chicken ...hahahha..

Yeaahhh.. I don't find that to be a good tradeoff. I prefer to have a little more leeway when it comes to getting hit a few times.

It's good for situations where you don't intend getting caught in the open though.

True, i suppose. I just still like to have a bit more of a buffer for when the unexpected happens. I tend to play a tad chaotically sometimes.

I think it helps the role-playing aspect, for me at least.

the weapon with the 100% damage is useful and it's gonna be for assassinations in stealth since you will not care much for the 25% hp cap after the patch 1.07 come out with the new level cap... specially considering that you will have to kill elites and polemarchs several levels above you..
