Please need urgent help! Bug: Quest Ashes to ashes
I stuck in chapter 5 and cant finish it. Only main quest i have open is to upgrade the spear wich i have on lvl5 and 14/22 cultists killed to upgrade to 6. Through that quest with the baby and altar i guess it bugged out. I read something about that bug but that should have been fixed already.

Right now perikles is leader in athens. I tried docking the peer from both sides down southwest but nothing works. i just cant see any cutscene and go foirward to chapter 6.

please, someone have a usefull tip or fix??

how is it bug for you (you reasue the baby?) are you trying find that cultist that escape from there?

honestly- i cant really remember. Dont even know if i ever heard a baby cry. I went to see that pair with the old tongueless guy and then i went off to do sides since all waypoints where gone. I did put in 50h+ into that and then found out that i cant finish chapter 5. And then i read about a possible bug. :(

i did go to temple of athena to look for something there and tried various fixes. nothing.
The point where it actually triggers ending of chapter 5 would help. Maybe if i show up there it continues

Have you rescued a baby from burning temple ?

If yes. Have you met the mother another time on a bridge ?

If yes. Have you search for her husband ?

If yes. Have you confirm kill the cultist ?

last thing i really rememberspeaking to that pair with that lady and that old guy with cutout tongue.I am really not sure if i ever went to the temple after. but when i look now its nothing. As i said i went to do as ton of sidequests before i realized after around 50 hours that somethings not right since i have no main mission marker anymore :(

That's because the marker disappears because the baby in the alter room is right there... just look up the location and run to it.

If u mean that small altar in the southeast corner of that region - no its not there. No baby cryin, no cultist guards. Thats the bugged thing i meant

Thats pre-altar.

After that you still need to do some sidequesting, like kill a noble/farmer before he gives you the information.

From what I can remember, could be wrong, you need to head into the city (cant remember the name srry) after which you will get your next clue. Chrysis should already be shown as a cultist after the bit with the farmer.

you can take a screenshot of your quest (or map) and paste it here, let the knowledgeable either analyze where you should go or where you missed.

i watched a walkthrough now of chapter 5 and remembered that i had the waypoint to go to the southeast corner of the region. i did all them sides before, and left heading that direction after i spoke with the man without tongue and that lady.

But i did see in that video that you have to interact with an small altar with a bloody bird before you hear the baby cry and thats where something must have gone wrong in my gameplay.

Either i killed the cultist and been bugged out or i never triggered that fight. Can really remember that.

But the bug exists in that mission since forums are full of reports that the quest bugges out when tryin to get back to athens or goin interacting with perikles or generally things bugged in the port of perius.

Also heard that some bugs wich they fixed with a patch came back with the new dlc so it might be that issue back again :(
