Unlocking tier 6 & 7 engravings!?

So when i go to my engravings in the inventory menu to see what i have to do to upgrade my engravings from tier 5 to tier 6 and 7 it does not show me anything.
Every single tier 5 engraving does not give any info, like its maxed out.
Also many of my tier 5 engravings, i know for sure should have been upgraded to at least tier 6 by now, fire damage for instance. Every creep i killed since lvl 50 to now 64 i did with firedamage and its still tier 5. Which by now is a "lousy 20%" since the gear im finding has tier 7 fire damage with 28%.
Was this not suppose to be implemented together with the enhanced levelcap patch? the fact that you can upgrade your engravings to fit your level? im starting to feel less excited about going to the blacksmith and make a new build because my engravings are now low tier, compared to my gear.

"yea let me put fire damage on theese boots, im gonna be op...wait only 20%!?!? hmm is there something else i can put on hmmm...scrolling endlessly through all the engravings. Have now left the blacksmith with a 20% firedamage boot, with a feeling of an incomplete build. Sadface"

I would reeeeeally like an answer and a fix to this!?
Or is it just me?

Is it something that slipped your mind when implementing level 70 cap with superhero speed? (Loving everything else by the way)

They don't exist. Engravings are, as we now know, not supposed to be as effective as stats on items.

You just need to turn that switch in your mind. Besides, you can minmax to your hearts content with mastery points.

Saying they dont exist is just not true, clearly they exist. they indeed also have greyed out tier 6 and 7 icons, being able to level them up. It just needs to be activated or implemented or fixed whatever it is.

The engravings not supposed to be as affective as the stats on items is the legendary armor set engravings, which is a good feature. It just didnt make sense that you could use one epic armor piece and put the same engraving as an entire legendary armor set would provide you with. That is the only engraving, not supposed to be as effective.

this is really looks just like bug. i mean, nobody can unlock 6 and 7 engraving levels

im pretty fine tbh with this, for now. some extra 3-6% dosent really mean so much. best engrave is extra ability-type for me.

you will get weapons with higher engravings in first part of legacy of first blade dlc. i got some new equipment with like 28 % fire when doing the dlc.

I already said that bro, the gear you collect have tier 6 and 7 engravings, im talking about the ones you apply at the blacksmiths, they dont level up.
