For instance, I skipped the Kalydonian Boar after my first encounter did not go well. I went on to collect the pelts of the Keryneian Hind, Kretan Bull and Krokottas Hyena before returning to defeat the Kalydonian Boar.
When I first found the pelts in my inventory I thought they were just reminders of past glories. I was wrong: The quest giver gladly took all the pelts and gave me the quests for the remaining beasts.
Largest worry about my game came when I killed Elpenor before ever knowing he was a Cultist. For me, he was just some guy hanging out in a cave near a ruin. Nothing broke as I'm still playing that same game.
So after all that, I wouldn't worry just yet as the game seems to account around those players hopelessly stricken with wanderlust. I usually flit around the map like a crazy hummingbird; snatching ore and wood while always hoping to find a chunk of orichalcum and then I stumble into caves, ruins, camps et cetera.
First I would recommend verifying your files. If that does not fix the issue, then please feel free to reach out to our Support Team[support.ubi.com] with the details.
