T-Pose bugs as Kassandra on PC? (2 Bugs)

Bug 1: This is the most upsetting bug. During certain assassination attempts (only on sleeping enemies or when crouching/standing directly behind enemies, all other assassinations work flawlessly) Kassandra gets stuck in pose and can't move, use abilities, or interact with anything. Enemies no longer acknowledge Kassandra so they won't even kill her so I'm forced to reload to my latest save state. I've been forced to completely give up on assassinations for the most part.

Bug 2: After Kassandra uses an ability during combat or leaves combat by killing all enemies she becomes momentarily stuck in T-Pose and can't move for about half a second. Enemies will also pop in and out of t-pose during combat, but it's not a rare occurrence it happens every time.

The 2nd bug doesn't really matter to me, but the first bug is really annoying when I'm want to be stealthy. Has anyone experienced this or know a a solution?

I've had the same problem (bug 1) with Alexios. There doesn't seem to be a fix other than loading a last save.
