Info - Straw Hat (Sun Hat) - if u like to have it.
go into a city with 2 blacksmiths - a few steps in front of a blacksmith----> manual save.

check if the hat is there to buy on both. If not, reload your manual save and try again.

I found a Rare one at the blacksmith of Elis. Dismantled it anyway but got the style.

think not - if u read above the post from UbiCosmos they won´t - and it isnt a glitch. In that point before u activate the blacksmith it will generate a list of items u can buy there. It isnt said that for example only 1 blacksmith is allowed to sell the sun-hat for example.

it doesn't work. the wares are the same no matter how many times i reload

yes, u need to reload your "manual save" and not the "autosave"file :)

cuz u will see, everytime u "open" the blacksmith store, a new savefile will be created - so u need to load your manual-savegame.

then fast travel to other location with 2 blacksmiths - and before u activate the blacksmith make a manual save. it must work.
