Ancient Stele not granting ability point

So, I was exploring the Tomb of Alkathous, found the ancient stele and interacted with it but nothing happened afterwards. I didn't get an ability point to spend nor did it consider the tomb completed when looking on the world map.

I looked around online for anything similar happening, apparently some ancient stele haven't been granting points due to a bug.

Has anyone else encounted something like this and fixed it?
I can't reload a previous save and try again unfortunately.

Well you have problem.

The only option is to reload from early save.
Had that happen to me few times.

First time I had to restart almost 20h game play in order to having that location completed.

Ya, I had a war crate that refused to burn so location could to be completed. Reloaded an earlier save : /
