What settings to turn down?
I have a GTX 1080 and can barely keep 60 fps when running around so I was wondering if there are any specific things to turn down to get better framerate.

Volumetric clouds is a massive fps killer for some reason, try that one down to low.

Best guide so far.

It doesn't matter what you turn down, it will still drop into the 40s. Trust me, I've experimented with fixes for upwards of 6 hours (1080 Ti here). The only way this will be fixed is if Ubisoft actually optimise it properly.

Pretty much throughout the entirety of the game so far. More frequent in bigger cities but even in the smaller ones still I get fps drops every few minutes.

volumetric cluds are not demanding
shadows are demanding
world detail is demaidng
see the graphic, when you change settings

Basically this, i have 30FPS on very high and 40 FPS on very low. Dunno how, dunno why, same thing happened in Origins - huge graphic change with minimal FPS impact. Never saw that before.
