100% region discovered, still no Hermes Homie Achievement

So anyone know how I can fix this bug? or how to go about completing it when Uplay already shows that I have 100% for region already?

Sometimes achievement like this pop up after a while or after you exit steam and uplay and re-login in the game. It has happened before.
[Also, Uplay stats are somewhat bugged (in this game), since it shows for me that I have only 2% of the abilities unlocked, while I've finished the game and got all the achievements.]
The thing is, Hermes' Homie wasn't showing up for me neither, I asked advice here and apparentely I had missed a little portion of an island, that was actually still greyed out.
So, check your map again slowly and look for these greyed out areas, ESPECIALLY on little islands.

EDIT: the island that was missing for me was north-east of Melos (had to check the actual island's name)

NVM got it just now was due to a small grey area in an already discovered region.
