Next Asassins Creed Game

Hi So what are your wishes for the next assassins creed game?I think character creation would be awesome and maybe a more modern setting.Lg

Why not something fururistic? Since Cyberpunk theme is getting "popular" again? And perhaps to aliviate the waiting for CP2077 and Star Citizen and Last Night
Or what about a post apocalypse world, like Metro
Edit: wait, that will be like Deus Ex, I guess
Edit2: nvm, I believe the AC is more in the "historical" and "realisitic" line, so probably not good idea...

The original creator of the Assassins Creed series already stated the next game. Im surprised you all havent heard of this one. An epic adventure worthy of its name and most awaited prequel to all of the AC games:

thats not the next assassins creed game, thats his own new game, he does not work for ubisoft or on assassins creed anymore.

Ancient Rome i'm 90% sure. Leaks, so many hints in ac origins about rome

But when in Rome? (When in Rome, do as the Romans do...) Probably Caligula and Seneca? Five will get you ten you end up assassinating the Emperor but then a lot of emperors got assassinated. Roman Britain or something would be more interesting really.

If the rumors are true the game will be set shortly after the "AC Origins" DLC with Aya from Prigins as the main character and set in all of Italy ( similar to Odyssey with all of Greece).

Please no, Aya was such a bizarre character. I still feel like she robbed Bayek of a proper ending in his own game.
I kept thinking she was evil through most of Origins, Bayek was always demonstrating his pain over the loss of his son, while Aya always felt way too eager to go murder people in Cleopatra's behalf.

Sorry, Nuralit: I liked Aya, and would be fine seeing more of her.

That said, I'm a bit burned out on Egypt / Greece / Rome. I'm guessing that it's an easy next game for Ubisoft, though, given how many textures they'd get to re-use.

There are two places I'd like to see. One is just about any place in East Asia. The other is Africa. Specifically, Africa around the point where Stanley tracks down Dr. Livingston. I would set it up as a trek to set up new enclaves of the Assassins in sub-Saharan Africa, right when the Templars happen to be trying the same. We'd get an interesting colonization motif: both secret organizations following along with the European powers as they scramble for Africa. Lots of opportunities for ambiguous characters and adventure, in a time and place we rarely see in video games, another reason I like AC.

After seeing a lot of these posts once Origins launched, and now having played Odyssey, it's safe to say "We're in the hands of the gods now".

As always, it's fun to see what other's would like to have as a new location for the Creed games, and as before, I toss my vote into the Feudal Japan hat.

The different Shoguns make for good gameplay devices, with the 'evil' ninjas as bad guys to infiltrate/defeat/whatever. I'd look for a great world space to play in, and not get wrapped up in historical accuracy which we can all agree won't be perfect as evidenced by previous offerings.

I thought Egypt is in Africa. I prefer if the Next AC will be in East Asia. Maybe China with Qin Dynasty ( Qin Shi Huang Ti) the one where they build the Great Wall of China or Maybe the Tang Era where their influence reach far to Korean peninsula or Yuan Dynasty where china under the rule of the mongolian or the most famous era. The Three Kingdom Era.

If not China maybe Japan on Sengoku Jidai ( Age of Warring States ) where famous characters such as Oda Nobunaga, Ieyasu Tokugawa, Sanada Yukimura, and many others. Or Bakumatsu Era with the infamous Shinsengumi roaming around the Capital City.


Ooh oh maybe AC can take India Mahabaratha. If Odyssey can take Greek mythology to game why not Mahabaratha.
