What are the golden question marks?
Ive seen a few of them but i usually dont find anything

In Origins they marked 'important' locations, usually resulting in some form of high-level loot.

In Odyssey they also reflect a location you don't want to miss....

as kabob said, but some of them are part of quests, so make sure to do the yellow quests marker.

Big loot place. Usually mission with legendary gear.

The gold question marks are the Minotaur, Medusa, and Cyclops!

There's also a gold question mark at that Cauldron which hasn't been given a boss to fight yet.

I believe even the legendary creatures are also marked golden (part of Artemis quests)

Yes, they are marked with golden question mark too.
