*SOLVED uPlay account suspended out of nowhere
Hey, i just bought the game and finished downloading it. However, i can't even start the game because i can't log in to uplay. I tried waiting for hours but still it says "account suspended" while i did nothing. I tried create a new account, and when i tried to log in for the first time, it got suspended (again). Can anyone please help me?

*FIXED. Changing my network and it's all done

Only Ubisoft support can help at this point.. did u send in a request at https://support.ubi.com/en-US ?

The ubisoft support requires an ubisoft account, which, i can't even log in to request a ticket

i did reset my password twice and still it says "you're blocked from logging in due to repeated failed attempts..." which, i only tried once and got suspended

Maybe one of the forum mods here will have a direct link. Just have to be patient..

It usually takes a few hours, but they're usually on top of stuff like this fairly quickly compared to other companies.

On the surface it looks like someone was trying to hack your account, so they locked it to stop it from being taken over.

If this happened again as soon as you made a new account, then my next guess is you have some software running which UBIsoft doesn't approve of (could be anything malicious or a back door for a hacker). There could also be an issue with your ISP/location.

Tossing ideas out in order to take anything into account, since the results are personal to you and final.

How did you pay for it? Take a look into your taskbar and make sure none of the 3rd party app preventing you from accessing your account. VPN can pose problem.

Yeah i didn't use VPN. It's funny in my country, theres an internet connection that won't connect to ubisoft server. Weird, but i change dmy connection and it worked like a charm
