Hidden blade

Im assuming the dlc will let us use it, but how will it work?
Will it be a completely new feature?
Replace the spear somehow?
Be its own weapon?
If its its own weapon would it be viable for use in a warrior build?
I have so many questions.

i dont think that you will be able to use it, the description of the dlc says fight alongside the wearer of the first hidden blade, i think that we will learn about it, see it on that guy but will not get one ourselfes.

I think that odyssey Is builted fot the spear of leonidas, so the DLC don't will go to replace things or story so far.

It will only tells us the story of firts wearer of the Blade

By the way the animation set of the spear Is well made, Better than hidden Blade in origins

Quick update to this, im pretty sure we will get the hidden blade, there is an animation glitch that someone got, and shared on twitter, where kassandra used a hidden blade animation on an enemy.

well, in the case we really get one (still no hard proofe so far since that animation can have different reasons) then i hope that it will not mess up my look by replacing one of my arm armor pieces at one arm, that would suck.

If we do get it im guessing we can either switch between the spear and the hidden blades or upgrade the spear by putting in the blade mechanism.

Yes you wouldn't use shields, but there are people that want to use it.

using the blade as its own weapon like a sword would be neat, wouldn't fit with canon though

We will not use it, the succession of the hidden blade was Darius > Aya > Bayek. The DLC will tell the story of Darius, who used the blade to kill Xerxes. It was never mentioned in the lore that the blade was passed to anyone other than Aya after him since early games in the series.
